A Maze 'n' Fun is a fantastic outdoor learning environment. It provides a practical opportunity to further develop children's key competencies whilst addressing all learning areas at all levels.

 

For your convenience we have prepared teaching unit summaries as they relate to the Amazing Maze 'n Maize in pdf links below.  It is our intention to also build a library of lesson plans which will be available on request.

 

Aside from the educational elements of a Maze visit, there are lots of fun activities that kids thoroughly enjoy. The emphasis is on learning by doing. School groups and holiday programs often use the PuddlePad or the 3D Vortex Tunnel as a treat during a visit.

The annual Scarecrow Day held at the Maze provides another opportunity for kids to become engaged in a local charity event with significant educational opportunities.

 

Although the Corncob Crazy Golf is a more social activity, elements of teamwork can also be initiated.
